Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

The billing rules for the one-time 30-day trial and monthly or annual Radhe Hospitality ERP subscriptions.

Effective 2 August 2026

1. Plans and trial

Radhe Hospitality ERP plans are billed in THB on a monthly or annual cycle. Eligible customers receive a one-time 30-day trial. A payment method is collected securely through Stripe Checkout before the trial starts.

The trial may be cancelled before its end without charge. If it is not cancelled, the selected paid billing period begins when the trial ends.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation prevents the next renewal. After a paid billing period begins, service remains available until the end of that paid period unless access must be restricted for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement.

Customers can manage supported subscription actions through the Radhe Hospitality ERP billing portal or contact Radhe Digital Solutions for support.

3. Refunds

After a paid billing period begins, subscription fees are non-refundable and no prorated refund is provided.

Refunds remain available for duplicate or erroneous charges, termination by Radhe Digital Solutions without cause, and wherever required by applicable law.

4. Failed payments and access

If a renewal payment fails or requires action, subscription access may be limited according to the billing status shown in Radhe Hospitality ERP. Customers may update their payment method through the secure billing portal.

A browser return from Checkout does not by itself activate access. Activation depends on verified, signed Stripe billing events processed by the ERP service.

5. Contact and governing terms

Billing questions and refund requests may be sent to prashant@radhesoftware.com or made by telephone at +66 95 542 8565. Include sufficient information to identify the company subscription and transaction without sending full payment-card details.
