2. Cancellation
A pilot participant may request cancellation according to the written pilot terms agreed before access. Access may also be restricted for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement.

3. Refunds
After a paid billing period begins, subscription fees are non-refundable and no prorated refund is provided.
Refunds remain available for duplicate or erroneous charges, termination by Radhe Digital Solutions without cause, and wherever required by applicable law.
4. Failed payments and access
There is no public self-service renewal or checkout flow for Radhe Hospitality ERP at this stage. Any future subscription terms will be stated separately before they apply.

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Thailand.
