Terms of Service

The commercial and acceptable-use terms for Radhe Hospitality ERP.

1. Service operator and agreement

These terms govern Radhe Hospitality ERP and related services supplied by Radhe Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ราเธ ดิจิทัล โซลูชั่นส์ จำกัด), Thai limited company registration number 0115569019587.

Registered address: 918/165 Villaggio Pracha Uthit 90, Moo 10, Nai Khlong Bang Pla Kot, Phra Samut Chedi, Samut Prakan, Thailand. By creating an account or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms and the applicable subscription policy.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Customers must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials and give access only to authorized users. Actions performed through an account are attributed according to authenticated identity, company membership and assigned permissions.

The service must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with security or availability, to access another company workspace, or to upload malicious or infringing material.

3. Subscription, trial and billing

Radhe Hospitality ERP is offered in THB on monthly or annual plans. An eligible customer receives a one-time 30-day trial and must provide a payment method through Stripe Checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid billing period begins automatically.

Plan prices, included capabilities and billing periods are presented before Checkout. Taxes or legally required charges may be added where applicable. Subscription cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Customer data and service operation

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorized use of information entered into the service. Radhe Digital Solutions processes that information to provide, secure and support the subscribed service.

We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or operational integrity. We will use reasonable efforts to limit material disruption.

5. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for failed payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or actions that threaten another customer or the service. Where practical, the customer will be given notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Termination does not erase payment obligations or records that must be retained for accounting, audit, security or legal reasons.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand.
