Terms of use
These terms are the operator agreement for Radhe Live Seller Solution from Radhe Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. Creating an organization starts a 14-day trial and does not start a billed subscription.
1. Service operator and agreement
These terms govern Radhe Live Seller Solution supplied by Radhe Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ราเธ ดิจิทัล โซลูชั่นส์ จำกัด), Thai limited company registration number 0115569019587. Registered address: 918/165 Villaggio Pracha Uthit 90, Moo 10, Nai Khlong Bang Pla Kot, Phra Samut Chedi, Samut Prakan, Thailand.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials private, and give access only to people you authorize. Actions in an account follow authenticated identity, organization membership, and assigned permissions. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with security, access another organization’s workspace, or upload material you do not have the right to use.
3. Trial, plan, and payment
Creating an organization starts a 14-day trial with no card. This product is one plan: THB 390 per month or THB 3,900 per year. A billed subscription starts only after Stripe checkout completes. Prices are in THB. VAT is not charged. Failed payment, an expired unconverted trial, or a recorded suspension can stop seller operations while existing data is kept.
4. Seller workspace rules
This is a private seller workspace for seller-owned recordings, comments you already have, and manual or corrected claims. It is not a broadcasting app, marketplace, or Shopee or Lazada order manager. Printing a label sets Label Created, not Shipped. Standard address labels are not official courier labels. Uncertain AI or OCR output never becomes a confirmed order by itself. Account mail is sent from the Radhe company mailbox.
5. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for failed payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Where practical you will be given a chance to fix the issue. Termination or cancellation does not by itself delete your data. Read, audit, and export remain available while retention policy allows.
6. Governing law and contact
