Privacy notice
Seller recordings, comments, buyer details, addresses, payments, and proofs are private by default and isolated by organization. Account mail uses the Radhe company mailbox. Stripe processes SaaS billing.

2. Information we process
We process account email and name, organization settings, seller recordings and comments you upload, buyer details and addresses you record, payment records and proofs you enter, shipping labels, audit events, and technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
3. Purposes and access
Information is used to authenticate users, isolate organizations, deliver seller workflows, process Stripe SaaS billing, send account mail, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited by role and organization membership.
4. Service providers
The workspace runs on Radhe Cloud. SaaS billing uses Stripe. Account mail uses the Radhe Google Workspace mailbox. We do not sell seller or buyer personal information. We do not use an SMS or analytics provider for this product.
5. Retention, security, and rights
We keep information to provide the service, maintain audit integrity, and meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some audit and billing records cannot be altered when integrity or legal retention applies.
